Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor
Responsibilities Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for connecting top talent with opportunities? As a Senior Talent Advisor, you’ll play a key role in driving recruitment excellence across a regional scope. Partnering closely with regional business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners, you’ll design and execute innovative talent strategies that align with Related Affordable goals. What you’ll do: Partner with Regional Business Leaders to translate talent needs into innovative attraction strategies, using data-driven insights to prioritize key roles, develop passive talent pipelines, and address internal workforce trends to maintain a competitive hiring edge. Collaborate with Talent Advisors to help them embrace a consultative business partner approach by sharing tools, resources, and expertise while fostering an environment of continuous improvement and adaptability to change. Design and implement scalable regional strategies to effectively attract and engage highly passive candidates across multiple business lines, ensuring the development and maintenance of a strong and diverse talent pipeline. Create detailed reports and deliver market intelligence to inform staffing strategies, update workforce plans, and forecast talent availability. Propose new tools and resources for sourcing, candidate engagement, and interview processes to continuously enhance recruitment effectiveness. Promote inclusive hiring practices by partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure diverse candidate pools and selection panels. Facilitate open and supportive conversations with hiring managers and candidates to guide the offer process to a successful close, using data insights to set clear and positive expectations. Participate in or lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects aimed at advancing talent acquisition strategies and enhancing the overall candidate experience. Demonstrate strong consulting abilities, working effectively as both a leader and a collaborative team member to navigate change and continuously improve processes.
