This is a One-Year with potential for long term.The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator r role is a hybrid position creating an overall excellent candidate and employee experience in our APAC offices. As an Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will report to HR Director and will focus on delivering flawless, consistent and timely execution of assigned day-to-day recruiting coordination activities. Your recruiter responsibilities will include: attending local hiring events, sourcing for assigned positions, posting jobs, interviewing and preparing offers.
With a focus on strong relationships, you will play a mediating role between iRoboteers that need support in their interactions. As a culture-builder, you will look for ways to align programs and objectives with our core values. You are motivated by being an employee champion and change agent. Communicating needs proactively with our HR team and business groups, you seek to develop integrated solutions
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator/Brand Ambassador to join our Talent Acquisition team in APAC.

What You Will Do:
Deliver flawless, consistent and timely execution of assigned day-to-day recruiting coordination activities such as:CommunicationInterview scheduling & greeting candidatesBooking candidate travelJob description postings (if you love creative writing please help us improve descriptions)Event coordination and employment branding activitiesPro-actively identify and address challenges associated with day-to-day recruiting coordination deliveryPartner with leaders outside of TA to constantly improve the candidate experienceConduct oneself in a professional and team-oriented manner that enhances recruiting coordination, team communication, collaboration and performanceIdentify and promote process improvement and innovative “out of the box” ways to deliver recruiting coordination support to team members and leadershipTo Be Successful You Will Have:
Excellent with Excel and PowerPoint1-5 years of experience in an assistant, support or coordination role; preferably in a recruiting / sales / business environmentExcellent organization & prioritization skills – ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently using tools like outlook, excel, etc.Strong people skills – ability to communicate (verbal & email), build trust and credibility with recruiting team and clients“Can-Do” attitude – upbeat, flexible, adaptable, and dependable approach; not afraid of unclear or unknown endeavors100% team-oriented and customer focused approach to day-to-day performanceTravel 10% requiredBachelor’s degree preferred
