We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technology and non-technology recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring top-tier talent across a variety of functions, including technology, sales, customer support, marketing, and finance. This role will play a critical part in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent in the industry while leading initiatives to improve the overall recruitment strategy and experience.
In this role, you will…
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across both technical and non-technical roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Identify potential candidates using intricate Boolean searches, research, LinkedIn, user groups, referrals, networking, web sourcing, and external submissions. Collaborate with hiring managers from various departments (engineering, sales, marketing, finance, customer support) to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates across diverse functions, developing recruiting plans to bring top talent onboard. Call, screen, and qualify candidates while assisting them through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Manage onsite and virtual candidate interview experiences, tailoring processes for both technical and non-technical roles. Drive the offer process, including compensation recommendations, extending offers, and closing candidates. Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring teams to consult on specifics for each position, including leveling, compensation strategy, visa sponsorship, and market trends. Conduct market research and mapping to stay informed about industry trends and best practices for both technical and non-technical hiring. Initiate and lead talent acquisition projects, such as employer branding initiatives, process improvements, and market insights. Promote Cornerstone as an employer of choice by showcasing the company culture, values, and growth opportunities to candidates from diverse backgrounds. Educate and train hiring managers on recruiting processes, use of recruiting software, and current market trends for both technical and non-technical hiring. Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in both technology roles (e.g., Java/.NET Full Stack Engineers, SDETs, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers) and non-technology roles (e.g., Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance). Product-Based Recruitment: At least 3 years of experience recruiting for a product-based company, with a deep understanding of product development cycles and talent needs. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, or Human Resources), or equivalent work experience Versatility: Strong understanding of both technical and non-technical job roles and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively across domains. Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract top talent in diverse fields. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers across different functions. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
