Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related fieldMinimum 5 years’ recruiting experience in a high-paced, technical organizationProven strong, technical sales experiencegPrior experience leading successful talent acquisition projectsAbility to self-manage and execute work with little directionAbility to handle multiple projects, coordinate multiple requests and set priorities accordinglyProficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn)#LI-LD1
