In this essential role, you will partner closely with hiring managers, develop recruiting strategies, and attract top talent to meet the needs of the business. **You’ll Sweep Us Off Our Feet If…** + You are an expert in recruiting top talent and understand how to align talent strategies with business priorities. + You have a background in supporting or working within the Ecomm or digital marketplace sectors. + You have a proven track record of identifying and engaging qualified talent in the market. + You are familiar with leveraging data to inform decision-making and influence recruiting strategy. + You are comfortable working in cross-functional teams. **You’ll Make an Impact By…** + **Conducting Recruitment Strategy Meetings:** Engaging with hiring managers for every new requisition to develop tailored recruitment strategies. + **Shortlisting Candidates:** Interviewing and assessing candidates, then shortlisting them in Workday before submitting to hiring managers for review. + **Managing Candidate Expectations:** Obtaining candidate compensation expectations during interviews before presenting them to hiring managers. + **Providing Candidate Write-ups:** Delivering detailed candidate write-ups to hiring managers via email after each interview. + **Offering Recommendations:** Providing hiring managers with candidate recommendations supported by insights and analysis. + **Keeping Workday Updated:** Maintaining up-to-date requisitions in Workday and dispositioning candidates in real-time if they do not meet role requirements or are unsuccessful after interviews. + **Weekly Check-ins:** Regularly checking in with hiring managers who have open requisitions. + **Candidate Communication:** Utilizing the no-update-update calendar reminder to maintain regular communication with all candidates in the recruitment process. + **Coordinating Feedback and Next Steps:** Contacting hiring managers and active candidates after each interview round to gather feedback and coordinate subsequent steps. + **Managing Offer Process:** Effectively managing the offer process and involving all relevant stakeholders. **Responsibilities** + **Supporting Senior Manager Talent Acquisition:** Collaborating closely with the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to fulfill the talent needs of the Ecomm Marketplace. + **Developing Recruitment Strategies:** Creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. + **Engaging Passive Candidates:** Actively engaging passive candidates to discuss career growth, benefits, and compensation philosophy. + **Advising Hiring Managers:** Counseling hiring managers on ways to bridge talent gaps, compensation practices, and market activity. + **Utilizing Advanced Sourcing Techniques:** Leveraging advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent. + **Maintaining Recruitment Records:** Keeping accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in Workday. + **Facilitating Candidate Experience:** Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. + **Providing Market Insights:** Sharing market trends, compensation practices, and industry insights with hiring managers and stakeholders. **Qualifications** + **Experience:** Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the Ecomm or digital marketplace sectors. + **Skills:** Strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making, recruitment strategy development, and cross-functional teamwork. + **Expertise:** Demonstrated ability to effectively manage the full recruitment cycle and engage with top talent. **Join Our Team** If you are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to contribute to the success of Walmart's Ecomm Marketplace, we encourage you to apply.
