Position Summary:

As a Senior TA Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring talents with the goal to fulfill business’ needs.
To be a successful TA Specialist in Illumina, you need to be innovative and forward thinking in providing solutions for acquiring talents. The ideal candidate should be familiar with social media and its applications in TA, has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, remains up-to-date with employment law and legislation, and keeps informed in company hiring plans.

Position Responsibilities:
Develop and implement proactive TA strategies and build a talent pipeline of diverse and qualified talents for current and future expansion business needsAct as trusted advisors to coach and advise on attraction, selection and hiring to ensure a consistent candidate assessment processCollaborate with Business and HR business partners to build understanding of business requirements and to map the role criteria, define position description and requirementsManage end-to-end of the hiring process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary proposals and approvals to hire.Organize and host branding events /recruitment drives to build pipelineInnovates and executes projects to improve the recruitment processPrepare reports, analytics and presentations for leadership team to provide insights of recruitment status and talent market landscapeEnsure positive experience for all candidates at the different stages of recruitment.Participate in and contribute to employment branding activitiesEnsuring the employer brand is fully leveraged, and embedded in talent acquisition touch processWork collaboratively, share knowledge and influence the Talent Acquisition teamAccommodating any additional tasks and responsibilities as required by business conditions.Listed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position. Position Requirements:
Proven Talent Acquisition / HR experienceStructured and able to think strategically and analyticallySupervisory experience leading teams in recruitmentExperience in developing, aligning, and executing recruitment strategy to meet recruitment initiatives and organizational needsAbility to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environmentAbility to work in a collaborative global matrix organizationAll listed requirements are deemed as essential functions to this position; however, business conditions may require reasonable accommodations for additional task and responsibilities.
Preferred Experience/Education/Skills:
Possess a Bachelor Degree in any disciplineMinimum 6 years’ related experience and a successful track record in a complex recruitment model / environment.Candidates with either in-house recruitment or agency experience are welcome to applyPossess strong consulting and presentation skills and experience in conceptualizing and translating business objectives into Talent Acquisition solutionsPossess excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills to network effectively, establishing quick credibility, and building sustainable relationshipsExcellent competency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
