About the role This is an exciting opportunity for an in-country Talent Acquisition SME to support the EMEA region with their recruitment needs. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition Services, based out of Melbourne Australia, this role will be pivotal in partnering with Hiring Managers across the EMEA region to ensure high quality talent is sourced, attracted and recruited into Treasury Wine Estates. About the role As the main Talent Acquisition contact for EMEA you will be required to provide advice and support on a range of TA related activities: + Delivering key resourcing initiatives and assignments in line with business needs and demand forecasts + Providing end to end management of core recruitment activities - Job Posting, Applicant Screening, Interview Scheduling, Interviewing, managing applicant statuses through ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud), Reference and Background Checking through to Offers + Recruiting in a time and cost-efficient manner, within budget + Ensuring consistent application of HR and Global Talent Acquisition Services policies / processes / practices + Support enterprise-wide IE&D (inclusion, equity and diversity) TA initiatives + Provide in-country subject matter expertise to a range of stakeholders across EMEA About you From your previous experience you will have gained exposure to: + In-house recruitment processes and TA best practice + Working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – ideally Oracle or similar + Experience recruiting in the UK market for multiple job disciplines (other countries supported may include Dubai, Denmark, Sweden Netherlands – all using business English) + Coaching and influencing skills, whilst building positive relationships with key stakeholders + Strong problem solving and analytical skills, identifying root cause of issues and process gaps to resolve them. + Experience working within a large multinational company would be advantageous + Skilled in the use of Excel and PowerPoint to deliver recruitment updates and insights Why you’ll love it here: + Our culture is built on bringing our whole selves, being courageous and delivering together – it’s our DNA and the heart of who we are at TWE. + We prioritise your growth with access to global career opportunities and structured programs designed to support your health, wellbeing and career development. + Enjoy the world’s most desirable wines through our generous employee product allowance + 25 Days of Annual Leave, with the opportunity to purchase a further 5 days each year + Plus, you’ll get an extra day off each year with your “TWEforME Day” – a day to spend however you choose!
