Job Description

The Senior Talent Administrator & Coordinator is responsible for providing senior level administrative support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities, facilitating a wide variety of logistical and recruitment activities to service a particular client program or teams.

\nWork Arrangement: Full remote
\nWork Schedule:8am-5pm PST
\nSpecific requirements: Phone screening, scheduling, and coming from a healthcare background are necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment and interview processComplete phone interviews and document candidate responses, effectively screening in or out of the recruitment process based on position requirementsDevelop interview schedules to ensure qualified candidates are evaluatedUpdate candidate statues in the appropriate recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System (ATS), proprietary systems, etc.) Timely review of applicants who have applied via the ATSSchedule complex phone, video and in-person interviews with Recruiters or Hiring Managers Execute the offer process, including creating & routing offer letter and presenting offer to candidate Coordinate candidate background, medical and reference checking processesArrange travel, transportation and accommodation for candidatesCoordinate aspects of the on-boarding and off-boarding processesEdit and post positions to the ATS accurately and within the specified timeframesAdministratively manage posting of roles to candidate generation channelsProvide metric and pipeline reportingLead independent discussions with candidates and Hiring Managers as neededAssist with the administration, optimization and use of the ATSProvide best practices and process improvements throughout the talent acquisition cycle Document process changes, such as process maps, team structure charts, detailed procedures, etcIdentify and remediate workflow & system issues Identify opportunities for improving both client and candidate experience; make process recommendations to achieve operational excellenceAct as a subject matter expert. Provide training and coaching to less experienced colleaguesProvide other administrative support to recruitment team as neededQualifications

Position Requirements

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent requiredCompleted Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification preferred

Experience:

Previous experience in a TAC role. Experience as a Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator for a minimum of 6 months preferred

Exposure:

Strong recruitment administration skill-set / competencies.Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisitionFluent in EnglishStrong communication skills, verbal and writtenDemonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including OutlookExperience working with a mainstream ATSAbility to prioritize and organize own workProvide ability to provide a high level of customer service to colleagues and clients

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals in this position is $28,000- $46,000, depending on experience, geography, and industry knowledge. 

This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on the achievement of defined goals and benefits including:
