Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Advisor (Recruiter) to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting process from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic hiring, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to attract top talent to support our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
· Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to business needs.
· Source and attract top talent using a variety of methods, including job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing techniques.
· Conduct in-depth screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company goals.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
· Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.
· Provide guidance to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarking, and best hiring practices.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining communication and transparency throughout the hiring process.
· Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve efficiency.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging talent acquisition technologies.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
· Proven ability to source and recruit for various roles, including field leadership, store management, store leadership, and corporate positions.
· Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting tools, and HR technologies.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
· Strong negotiation and influencing skills to close top candidates.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
· Experience with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies is a plus.
