Job Description

Position Summary:

This position is to replace Arielle Xu who isresponsible for driving the execution of key people processes, e.g., performance management, generating data insights and analytics report in talent data to supervise and improve talent and employee development. Meanwhile, this position will heavily focus on talent development programs, and the successful candidate will be responsible for independently prioritizing, facilitating, and completing programs as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage the execution of key people processes, e.g., performance management and development, to instill accountability for managers and improve performance and development for employees. Tasks includes communication planning, training and change management campaigns, process tracking and post-process quality check and analytics.

Lead local HR talent KPI tracking and analysis to drive actionable insights for HRBPs.

Design and deliver local talent development, and continuously improve talent experiences through the development activities.

Leverage global tools and AI tools to generate insights and methods of getting actionable insights to improve talent identification, mobilization, and employee development.

Design and deliver domain knowledge related training, either classroom, online or mobile based; deliver other ad-hoc training/workshops when needed

Requirements/Qualifications:

Master's Degree or above. HR major preferredA minimum of 4 years of multifaceted experience in HR and a minimum of 1 year of experience in talent management and learning processGood analytical skills and ability to embrace new AI/Data technology and toolsStrong project management skillsResults-oriented and "hands-on" approachMust be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyMust be a problem solver and be able to work independentlyMust be a proactive problem solver with a strong focus on customer needs and fulfillment.Proficiency in Office products including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and OutlookExcellent written, oral English and positive influential interpersonal skills requiredGood presentation skills or some training experiences preferred
