**Position Description:**
Support audit remediation and sustainment to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) related to managing DLA’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Internal Control program. Includes advising and assisting DLA in sustaining compliance for fully auditable financial statement reporting, understanding DLA end-to-end business policies, and operational processes to provide accounting, ERM, internal controls, and audit support. Additionally, this involves support in audit activities such as assessing, identifying enterprise-wide risks, and documenting and resolving Notices of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs).
This position is located in our Ft. Belvoir, VA. office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable within the National Capital Region.
**Your future duties and responsibilities:**
Analyzing business processes, i.e., policies and procedures for personnel, acquisition, inventory, property, and material management.
Provide project management support for the design and implementation of ERM as it relates to audit-related activities.
Reviewing NFRs and working with stakeholders on remediation techniques.
Identifying financial statement deficiencies and perform root causes to develop detailed recommendations.
Perform tests to business processes and system controls.
Assisting with implementation of management solutions, to include developing training.
Perform data mining/cleansing, data analysis, data reconciliations, and assist with financial statement analysis.
**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**
Knowledge of Oracle Federal Financial functionality and ability to identify current trends in information technology
Understanding of GAAP, GAGAS, OMB A-123, A -126, and FASAB.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Four-year degree in accounting or business management related field from an accredited institution, CPA or similar professional certification required (e.g., CISA, CIA).
Eight years of progressive experience in leading financial management services and related projects. Experience performing financial statement audits in DoD, federal agencies, or commercial Fortune 400 organizations.

• Audit readiness preparation for an SBR or PP&E audit IAW FIAR Guidance
• Preparations and/or reviews of SBR or E&C assessable unit assertion packages IAW FIAR Guidance
• GAAP / GAGAS / ICOFR experience
• FASAB, SSAC, and SFFAS experience
• OMB Circulars A-123, A-127, A-134, A-136 and other OMB policies
• DoD and DLA financial management policies and procedures
• DLA policies, systems and procedures for personnel, acquisition, inventory, property and material management
• Familiarity with FMS
• CDFM or CGFM certification

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $57,100.00 - $121,900.00.
