And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come. **We are looking for:** The Senior Tax Accountant who will be an integral member of the North American tax team responsible for the preparation of corporate federal income, state income and franchise tax compliance as well as preparation of quarterly tax provisions and assistance with tax audits. **We can count on you for:** + Preparation of federal proforma income tax returns for multiple legal entities. + Preparation and filing of state income tax returns, including quarterly estimated payments, annual extensions, and state apportionment calculations. + Preparation of quarterly tax provision workpapers and corresponding tax journal entries. + Assist with the preparation of tax cash out forecasts. + Support the federal and state tax managers with income tax audits. + Assist with analyzing the impact of new or proposed tax legislation to provide awareness of tax planning opportunities or the existence of tax exposures. + Stay current with changes in income tax legislation by participating in continuing education and evaluate the impact to the Company and implement any necessary changes for compliance. **You can count on us for:** + We offer the opportunity to join an exciting growth company + A full range of benefits as expected of a successful company + Opportunities for growth and learning + Encouraging a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that values and respects individual differences and backgrounds **You will bring:** + Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required. + Advanced degree in Tax or CPA a plus. + 3+ years of experience in corporate tax, preferably in the manufacturing industry. + Working knowledge of both federal and state corporate tax laws and regulations for tax compliance and planning purposes. + Solid technology background with strong Excel skills. + Knowledge of Corptax tax provision and compliance software, SAP, CCH or RIA tax research software and other Microsoft Office products a plus. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. **You will get:** + Competitive salary and benefits package. + The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range.
