We're seeking a Senior Finance Analyst specialising in Tax, who will be instrumental in guiding our business through the network of tax obligations. Your analytical prowess will not only ensure compliance but also shape our tax strategies, turning complexities into opportunities for efficiency. As a pivotal member of our finance team, you'll provide the clarity and precision that keeps us ahead of the curve. It's a position that will test your skill and reward your diligence. **Your responsibilities** + Preparation of federal tax work papers and corporate income tax returns. + Preparation of state tax work papers of income and franchise tax returns, including complex, unitary and combined returns + Preparation of federal and state estimated tax payments and extensions + Assist in preparation of 5472’s, 5471’s,1118’s and other foreign–related US tax forms + Assist with outsourced tax functions including sales and use, property and real estate taxes + Preparation of US tax provision and related journal entries + Develop and maintain knowledge of tax accounting and income tax laws and current developments + Participate and assist with ongoing tax department projects and tasks such as audits, tax credits and incentives, uncertain tax positions, transactions, tax technology, etc. **The experience we're looking for** + Ability to work independently to complete tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision + Strong written and oral communication skills + Corptax Tax Software experience a plus + Microsoft Excel proficiency a must + BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field required + CPA preferred, or commitment to working toward Certification or a relevant advanced degree + 1-3 years tax experience preferred; recent college graduate will be considered **The skills for success** Tax law, Tax compliance, Business acumen, Improve business processes, Stakeholder engagement and influence, Accounting principles. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
