We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Analyst to join our team at Advanced Sterilization Solutions. **Responsibilities** + Prepare US and Canada tax compliance packages and related information packages; + Prepare Canada monthly compliance package for PST/GST/HST filing; + Assist with legal entity forecasting and cash tax reporting; + Assist with the preparation of the global tax provision (ASC 740); + Assist with property tax and other indirect tax compliance, as needed; + Prepare reconciliations of tax-related general ledger accounts; + Develop and implement process and technology improvements; + Actively pursue continuous improvement through the deployment of Fortive Business Systems (FBS) tools; + Performs other duties assigned as needed; + This role will be a member of APSs Global Tax Team. Effective collaboration within this team and the broader finance organization will be critical; + This role will interact with outside consultants, Fortive Tax, auditors and others **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s in Tax or Accounting preferred) + 3+ years of experience in a corporate tax department and/or a public accounting firm + Excellent communication skills and teamwork + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; + Curious learner with continuous improvement mindset; + Strong sense of ownership and accountability; + Ability to work optimally across multiple cultural and geographic boundaries; + Advanced MS Excel skills + Experience running and designing Alteryx workflows (advanced Alteryx users preferred) + Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred \#LI-CS23 **Fortive Corporation Overview** Fortive’s essential technology makes the world stronger, safer, and smarter.
