We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Analyst to join our team at Advanced Sterilization Solutions. 

Responsibilities

Prepare US and Canada tax compliance packages and related information packages; Prepare Canada monthly compliance package for PST/GST/HST filing; Assist with legal entity forecasting and cash tax reporting; Assist with the preparation of the global tax provision (ASC 740); Assist with property tax and other indirect tax compliance, as needed; Prepare reconciliations of tax-related general ledger accounts; Develop and implement process and technology improvements; Actively pursue continuous improvement through the deployment of Fortive Business Systems (FBS) tools; Performs other duties assigned as needed; This role will be a member of APSs Global Tax Team. Effective collaboration within this team and the broader finance organization will be critical; This role will interact with outside consultants, Fortive Tax, auditors and others

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s in Tax or Accounting preferred) 3+ years of experience in a corporate tax department and/or a public accounting firm Excellent communication skills and teamwork Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Curious learner with continuous improvement mindset; Strong sense of ownership and accountability;  Ability to work optimally across multiple cultural and geographic boundaries; Advanced MS Excel skills Experience running and designing Alteryx workflows (advanced Alteryx users preferred) Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred
