Senior Tax Analyst
Responsibilities: + Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns. + Prepare quarterly federal, state, and local tax payments. + Assist with the preparation of the company’s tax provision. + Assist with federal and state income tax audits and notice responses. + Correspond with federal and state income tax authorities as necessary. + Conduct tax consulting, including researching various federal and state income tax issues and modeling effects of tax law changes. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. + 1-3 years of experience in true tax accounting, particularly income tax. + 3 to 5 years of experience in preparing income tax returns and work papers, performing tax research, and executing other tax-related projects, preferably within a C-Corp structure. + Proficiency in PC software tools for reports, tax returns, analysis, and audits. + Advanced proficiency in Excel. + Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with excellent attention to detail. + Ability to meet deadlines while working both independently and within a collaborative team. + Ability to self-motivate, work with a sense of urgency, and prioritize tasks. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
