Summary of Responsibilities: * Preparation of individual, corporate and partnership returns; Financial statement review; And training on current accounting software and research tools * Quickly become a valued team members working closely with employees at all levels within the firm, from other staff members to partners * Assignments will be less complex and will lead to more difficult assignments and increasing responsibility Essential Functions: * Learn tax and accounting research techniques and become proficient with the various research sources of the firm's library, IRC Regulations and Codes * Assume responsibility for completion of assignments * Pursue continuing education by attending firm sponsored and external training seminars
