Job Description:

Provide legal advice on corporate and real estate tax matters. Work across multiple practice areas, including M&A and nonprofit tax law. Offer tax planning, compliance, and strategy for diverse client needs. Handle tax implications for transactions and audits. Support firm growth through collaboration and client engagement. Potential for Senior Associate or Partner track based on experience.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) and bar admission in relevant state(s). 5+ years (Senior Associate) or 10+ years (Partner) in tax law. Expertise in corporate, real estate, OR M&A tax. Experience with nonprofit tax law preferred.
