Duties: * Senior Tax Manager will oversee the preparation and filing of all federal, state and local tax returns, sales and use tax and property tax filings * Oversee the proper recording and reporting of M&A activities for tax purposes * Work closely with finance, accounting and legal teams to ensure integrated tax strategies * Developing tax strategies * Provide guidance on tax-related matters * As a Senior Tax Manager, you will prepare documentation and support for audits * Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the firm * Conduct research on complex tax issues * Supervise and mentor junior tax team
