Senior Tax Manager

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior or Principal Tax Manager to help enhance our various teams and client relationships. This would also have a direct partner track and potential for some serious immediate growth! The successful candidate will be responsible for overall workflow and management of their determined department. 

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilityManage all tax compliance and reporting activities for the organizationOversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns and related documentationProvide guidance and support to accounting and finance teams on all tax-related mattersEnsure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulationsResearch and stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations and their potential impact on the organizationCollaborate with external auditors and other stakeholders as needed

Qualifications

6+ years of experience leading and managing public accounting teams and effortsActive CPAExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
