They need to be a big-picture thinker and strategic partner. They also need to demonstrate analytical thinking through data-driven decisions and possess the technical know-how, fascination and ability to work with your team to make a big impact. The Team Lead will also be expected to understand, translate operationally and fulfill stakeholder requests using available resources, and provide coaching and guidance to the analysts under his or her team. **Your Impact in Role:** 1\. To mentor team members and act as an SME in sharing the knowledge at scale within the team/org 2\. Manage a team of COPD analysts to deliver output to the stakeholders, demonstrated by Metrics: OSAT, UMS, Jira Scores 3\. Coordinate with other members of the Community Operations team across the Globe to measure the impact and efficiency of new products and business processes 4\. Timely implementation and completion of the assigned deliverables. End-to-end involvement in the projects with the stakeholders from idea creation to delivery & impact realization. 5\. Timely, on point, professional, and proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Provide key insights, recommendations proactively and be a thought partner for stakeholder 6\. Be a thought partner and handle projects independently from conceptualisation to delivery 7\. Drive analysis on projects and important strategic decisions, improving the experience for our internal stakeholders **Basic Qualifications:** 1\. 3+ years of work experience in Analytics/ Business Intelligence/ Statistical analysis or related experience is mandatory 2\. Exceptional JavaScript knowledge with strong SQL background 3\. Strong knowledge in Python/R or similar programming languages. 4\. Proficient in one or more visualization tools (e.g. Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI etc.) 5\. Strong communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must! 6\. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple functions 7\. Ability to end to end manage projects right from ideation to final execution 8\. Define, create, improve, and automate reporting methods 9\. Proactively develop new KPIs/metrics to identify trends, generate insights and add value to our partners 10\. Work with different teams and business partners to understand the "Why?" in addition to the "What?" behind Uber's biggest challenges 11\. Ability to create, monitor views on task management tools like JIRA, Asana to drive team utilization 12\. Preferred experience of directly or indirectly managing or mentoring teams and foster a cohesive and creative work environment **Preferred Qualifications:** 1\. 1+ years of People management experience will be a plus.
