As a Sr. Team Manager on the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for leading the Early Career Talent team, overseeing the strategy and execution of the full cycle hiring needs for early career talent programs, including shaping an effective attraction strategy encompassing university relationships, efficient recruiting practices imbedded with best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences. You will also provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership regarding innovative, best-in-class recruitment strategies, labor market data, recruiting trends, competition, and target geographies with an emphasis on future business needs to help produce future leaders at Schwab through this early career talent segment. A critical success factor will be building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships throughout the client business groups and helping to shape and execute tailored early career talent recruiting program strategies.

 

This position will report to the Director, Early Career Talent and will also support TA/HR strategic initiatives as assigned and collaborate with peers to deliver on broad-reaching strategic initiatives elevating the function and team capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

 

10 years of experience with Early Career Talent programs, development or recruiting.3-5 years of people leadership experience, helping build and develop strong talent.5+ years subject matter expertise regarding best-in-class Early Career Talent recruiting strategies, university and college relationship management, candidate assessment, behavior-based interviewing, diversity recruiting and labor market intelligence.High level of business acumen and an ability to learn and understand the business’ strategic priorities, talent goals, and provide solutions for their long-term talent needs.Ability to communicate to senior leaders on Early Talent program progress to goals (program changes, hiring, diversity, retention, strategic initiatives).

Preferred Qualifications

BS/BA degree in Human Resources preferred and/or equivalent work experience.Demonstrated experience in being able to quickly pivot as business needs change and able to communicate effectively in supporting the team to connect the dots.Experience leading the development and execution of the college relations strategy and recruitment action plans for multiple universities.Knowledge and ability to strategically manage annual campus recruitment budget.Project management capability with strong organizational skills and ability to manage and lead multiple initiatives/projects.Strong ability to gain creditability and build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers, leaders, business partners and team members.
