If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Consumer Technology Experience (CTX) team as a Senior Tech Business Manager.

In this role, you will work closely with both business and technology teams to align strategies and processes, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement. You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, to support and lead various initiatives within our technical and functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Implementation and Improvement:Define, design, and implement processes within the technical organization. Facilitate change through consulting and collaboration, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

Technical and Business Expertise:Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of business, industry, and technology to provide input and expertise for key technical functions.

Internal Process Management:Create and manage policies, standards, and processes. Drive process improvement and transformation initiatives, tool deployment, and Agile methodology.

Financial Oversight:Conduct financial modeling and analysis. Prepare and review business cases to support decision-making processes.

Compliance and Assurance:Manage audit and compliance reviews, process and quality audits, vendor relations, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

Analysis and Reporting:Develop metrics, scorecards, and performance analysis reports. Identify gaps and propose solutions for continuous improvement.

Planning and Coordination:Coordinate infrastructure programs, manage roadmaps, and engage in strategic and tactical planning to align with business objectives.

Resource Management:Oversee workflow and work entry management, estimations, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution.

Quality Management:Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT issues, including problem resolution and recovery activities.

Job Contribution:

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Business Analyst nanodegree is also acceptable.

Experience:3-5 years of experience in a technical professional role with a solid understanding of business and technology processes.

Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products, especially Excel.

Creativity and Communication:Ability to approach ambiguous situations creatively and communicate complex issues clearly and effectively.

Team Player:Strong collaborative skills to work across multiple internal and/or external organizations.

Our Senior Tech Business Mgmt, earns between $105,600.00-$158,400.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
