Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)

We're looking for a motivated and driven Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) who will help us build our and find the greatest talents to join our ride and contribute to paint the world green.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green You attract and source the best talents to join our successful ventures, mainly for Tech / IT roles You drive strategic partnerships with our business teams to understand hiring needs and to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies You develop targeted marketing strategies to create awareness and identify new candidate pools You are networker at heart and build and maintain prospect- and candidate relationships at its best You own and manage the full cycle talent acquisition process, from the intake meeting to sourcing, screening, interviews, and offering of new employees You regularly engage with your hiring teams and ensure they are on top of things You provide a first-class candidate experience by ensuring smooth processes with a personal touch and professional communication (in job ads, interviews, feedbacks, offers) You drive and manage projects and contribute to the further development of our recruiting team by sharing your ideas and bringing them to life Your Profile – Ready to hop on board Ideally, 5+ years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience within fast-growing companies or start ups in a competitive market  An understanding of the challenges and needs of growing business, especially those of a scale-up disrupting an industry  Exceptional offer and stakeholder management skills  Experience working in a data-driven recruitment environment, with generating insightful reports for stakeholders and the ability to convince others with data  Sound appreciation for the fundamentals of talent acquisition, but creative and inquisitive when considering modern tactics Our Perks – More than just a job You have an impact.
