Senior Technical Associate 

Full-Time, Day Shift

DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the installation, set-up, repair and ongoing maintenance of VHCS equipment while assuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and beverage quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Service and maintain customer equipment;Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment; Install machines at customer locations;Maintain adequate parts levels in the truck for equipment repairs.

This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma;1 year in similar technical role;Strong mechanical aptitude – previous electronic/plumbing/electrical experience.

COMPETENCIES

Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract;Basic computer skills; Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer-service skills;Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
