We are seeking a Senior Level Technical Business Analyst for our Enterprise Product Management Team. This position is ideal for a highly experienced professional capable of resolving complex issues and working on diverse projects. This role demands solid analysis and design skills where you will facilitate and drive the requirements and design of enterprise software programs.  In this position you will contribute to the software development process by ensuring complete and accurate documentation of system requirements. You will serve as a liaison between stakeholders and development departments during the product development phase. You will mentor other Business Analysts. Strong technical expertise, especially in SaaS operations or implementation, is crucial. The successful candidate will be fully capable of translating requirements into user stories engaging with tech teams on design and collaborating with business stakeholders.

This role can be worked remotely from any location in the United States. 

What you’ll be responsible for: 

Interacts with stakeholders and SME’s’ to gather system requirements. Defines the system and functional requirements of the product. Prepares business requirements, functional specifications, and system documentation, following the standards required for the project and program, including user stories, process flows, organizational change management (OCM) tools, and other artifacts to help facilitate analysis and design through implementation.Drives business process re-design activities. Collaborates with stakeholders to meet system requirements, and if and improve process flow and business function. May perform application, system and regression tests. Works with quality assurance teams to ensure business requirements and design are satisfied.Maintains awareness of industry product trends. May assist and mentor less experienced peers.May perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have: 

Minimum of 9 years of experience in technical business analysis, including requirement gathering and user story development.Bachelor's degree in a technical field.Proven experience with SaaS operations and implementations.Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments, particularly within Scrum teams.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with technical resources and stakeholders.Strong understanding of technical systems, with the ability to triage issues effectively and identify appropriate solutions.

 

What would be nice for you to have: 

Professional certifications such as PMP, CBAP, are preferred.Proficiency in developing tools using JIRA.Experience in FINTECH, financial institutions, or other regulated industries are preferred.
