As part of our commitment to growth in the new year, our ServiceNow Practice is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to join their highly successful and supportive team.
What you will be doing
Ensure the health, stability, and performance of client solutions by implementing best practices, proactively addressing issues, and optimizing configurations and workflows.Collaborate with architects, senior engineers, and cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality code, define requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, execution, retrospectives, and code reviews, while ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.Align technology strategies with business goals and contribute to the execution of the software engineering roadmap.Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.Identify and resolve project challenges while raising potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies to ensure project success.The skills you will bring
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineeringProficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologiesExperience working in an Agile project delivery environmentUnderstanding of ITIL framework and associated processesStrong communication and leadership skillsCertifications
