- Due to program requirements, this position requires US Citizenship. In addition, the selected candidate must be able to pass a government required background investigation.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or a PhD is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, with at least 3 years of experience in the federal government sector.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware.
- A proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex and large-scale technology projects.
- A deep understanding of the federal government’s technology needs, challenges, and opportunities, as well as the relevant regulations, standards, and policies.
- A strong knowledge of the latest technologies, tools, and methodologies in the technology field, such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital transformation
- A high level of creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- A strong sense of integrity, ethics, and professionalism, with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge and extensive experience including access management, Single Sign-On, identity management, federation, integration with Login.Gov, extensive Enterprise Content Management experience managing metadata, taxonomies, record management, security architecture and implementation including database encryption, end to end web and web service security.
- Experienced in developing reference documents to guide project teams in developing secure applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders at all levels.

Minimum Requirements TCS215, T5, Band 8 Desired Skills and Certifications:
- Experience in the implementation and architecture of Zero Trust Architecture. - Public Cloud Vendor Certification, AWS is preferred. - Oracle, Red Hat, or other ISV certifications
