Job description :

We are looking for a Senior Technical Drafter to join a dynamic and passionate team within a general contractor based in Quebec. This multidisciplinary company, specializing in construction and engineering, has extensive experience with large-scale projects. It offers comprehensive services, ranging from project management to execution of works.

Responsibilities:

Create technical drawings for various projects, such as layout plans, piping, and fabrication Use CAD software to design 3D models Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to integrate modifications and specific needs Prepare and update documentation of drawings and changes made Revise drawings based on feedback and necessary adjustments throughout the project Train and mentor junior or intermediate draftspersons

Skills and qualifications :

DEP, AEC, or DEC in drafting or mechanical engineering 10 years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in Revit software Proficiency in AutoCAD software Knowledge of SysQue software is a plus
