Clover Leaf Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Editor to provide unclassified and classified communication services to support National Technology and Engineering Solutions of Sandia, LLC (NTESS). This role involves writing, editing, and supervising editorial work to ensure the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and impactful communications.

This position is located near Sandia National Laboratories in New Mexico, with a requirement to maintain a local office within 30 miles of NTESS.

Responsibilities Provide unclassified and classified communication services, including technical writing, editing, and review. Supervise or review the work of others to ensure compliance with NTESS standards and quality expectations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce high-quality written materials. Maintain accurate and organized documentation according to NTESS policies and procedures. Ensure adherence to configuration and information management plans, as well as NTESS internal information release and document classification policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. 8+ years of writing/editing experience, or 12 years with related coursework. Experience supervising or reviewing others' work. Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance ("L", "Q", or "Sigma 15"). Ability to access and travel to NTESS locations as required. Familiarity with NTESS processes and procedures (preferred). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively (preferred). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (preferred).
