Data management, updates, mass data loads.
Service Cloud - case assignment, auto response rules and case management
Reports & Dashboards - advanced
Creation and customization of list views
Experience with Salesforce 'Flow' & creation/troubleshooting of advanced automation
Monitoring of scheduled jobs and daily checks
Experience working with version control system for designs and code, such as git, subversion etc. as part of CI/CD process.
Experience working with different RDBMS , preferably SQL server.
Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, SF Identify, SF CRM, SF APEX development.
Extensive infrastructure knowledge around Load balancing, Content Delivery Networks, SSL, Domains, firewalls etc.
Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Candidate to be proactive, able to manage his or her own work and contribute to discussions on a team level
