As a developer on ABAP for SAP HANA, you will analyze, design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. You would be aligning the HANA or S4HANA technology and related tools frameworks with business strategy, working with the onshore or directly with the client, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting, and implementing software systems.RESPONSIBILITIESWorks closely with configuration Functional analysts on medium and some high complexity programs to transform business system designs into bug-free application software.Designs, codes, tests, implements, maintains and supports applications software in ABAPPlans and executes unit test to ensure all business rules are properly covered by the application.Creates (CSD), program code and unit test based on (CRD), adhering to departmental development, testing and documentation standards.Works with configuration analysts to understand business requirements and scope.Maps requirements to the proper technical solution.Follows departmental and team standards as they apply to source code control and transport management.Displays an understanding of debugging techniques when investigating issues with programs.He she will be also engaged in peer reviews of the other developments, effort estimations across Discovery, Design, Execution and Go-live phases of developments.He She will collaborate and coordinate closely with various other IS teams (Analysts, application teams, Scrum teams)QUALIFICATIONSMin 7 years hands on ABAP programming experience including:Minimum 2 Implementation project and 1 support project experience.Excellent working knowledge on all type of RICEFW developments including enhancement to standard SAP processesExperience on interfaces development using File, RFC, IDOC, BAPI, Web services, Proxy based interfaces and database connections
