Nisga’a MOSTT’s services include aviation and military training, cybersecurity, intelligence gathering and analysis, and simulation and exercise support, as well as aviation flight logistics support and unmanned aerial vehicle support. Summary Goldbelt Nisga’a NTEK, LLC is looking for a Senior Technical Lead to support the Global System Support Engineers (GSSE) under the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Program Executive Office for Special Operations Forces Digital Applications (PEO SDA). The objective of this effort is to provide software-agnostic field support for forward-deployed users of operational, advanced analytic intelligence support, as well as to provide technical and analytical mission planning and execution systems support. The Senior Technical Lead Required to provide technical leadership and oversight, ensuring that technical solutions align with the enterprises overarching goals and requirements. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Working collaboratively with vendors and PMO teams, the Technical Lead assures that projects adhere to the Software Acquisition Pathway, establishing and enforcing policies and procedures for validating program features and epics through the SAFE/AGILE process. Actively engages in technology selection, collaborating with the team to identify and implement appropriate technologies and frameworks for project execution. Responsibilities extend to the implementation and enforcement of best practices for testing and documentation. Must stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to enterprise needs, to make well-informed recommendations for updates or changes to the technology stack. Assists the team in resolving complex technical issues and implements strategies for both identifying and resolving issues ahead of time. Must collaborate with site leads is paramount, to align technical strategies directly with overall project and organizational goals. Directly engages with clients to understand their technical requirements and expectations, providing critical technical insights and recommendations to guide decision-making processes. As part of risk management, the Technical Lead identifies and mitigates technical and cyber security risks associated with projects, proactively averting challenges that could impact project timelines and deliverables. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field. DoD IAT 8570 Level II or higher is required. Minimum of 10 years’ experience integrating multiple operational intelligence applications and data services to create real-time shared situational awareness of disparate information for decision support to commanders at strategic to tactical levels. Must be a US citizen. An ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility is required. Preferred Qualifications: Any additional relevant certifications are a plus.
