Senior Technical Product Manager
A software company is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join their team in New York, NY or Atlanta, GA. 

Compensation: $150-175kResponsibilities: Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for runtime network and security services, incorporating AI capabilities and aligning with firm's overall business objectives. Engage deeply with engineers to understand their runtime security and network needs and translate them into product requirements. Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the runtime security and networking space, with a particular focus on AWS advancements and the application of AI in this domain; Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders, including engineers, security teams, and platform architects, considering the potential for AI enhancements. Lead and collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales teams, and data science teams to ensure successful product development and launch, particularly in integrating AI models and capabilities into the runtime network and security services. Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure product success, and drive continuous improvement. Provide strong technical guidance and direction to the engineering and data science teams during product development, particularly in the adoption and implementation of AWS cloud-native security and networking technologies and the integration of AI models. Package and position runtime network and security services as compelling products for engineers, highlighting their ease of use, benefits, and value proposition, with emphasis on the advantages of leveraging AWS cloud-native technologies and the added value of AI-powered features. Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering their growth and development within the team.Qualifications: Deep technical background with a strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, network security, and runtime environments, with specific expertise in AWS cloud services and a solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts. Proven track record of successfully managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, in a complex technical environment. Ability to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership. Ability to analyse complex problems and develop creative solutions. Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive product initiatives to successful completion. Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform product decisions. Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their potential applications in network security and operations. Ability to develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
