As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will have an impact on our Data Platform vision, and help us unlock the next level of innovations and efficiencies powered by Data and drive strategic impact. The Role
You will be at the epicenter of our Data Platform Vision planning and execution.
You will organize our efforts and orchestrate the movement of resources with a calculated and measured approach.
Advocate and drive large cross functional engineering initiatives that require buy in as well as commitment to achieve our goals.
Be a champion for the Data org with a drive to show success through metrics and a narrative that is captivating to our customers. What we’re doing is exciting, let's tell our story!
Lead the charge to rally our entire organization to deliver outcomes that improve our data governance posture.
Set standards and refine processes that allow the org to work more effectively on the tasks that matter.
About You
Experience successfully running high visibility cross-team multi-disciplinary initiatives
Experience defining, implementing and running a Data Governance program at scale
5+ years of experience as a Program Manager or TPM, preferably in the data governance or management fields
Experience with data platforms and technologies (data warehouses, data lakes, batch and streaming technologies such as Snowflake, Python, Airflow, Spark)
Experience with data privacy and security regulations, data cataloging and lineage tracking
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leadership and engineers
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with diverse teams such as engineering, analytics, compliance, legal, security and machine learning.
Strong experience driving the full product lifecycle, including defining and hitting success metrics, in a startup like atmosphere

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable disclosure requirements.
Base Pay Range: $131,800.00 - 197,100.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs.
