Senior Technical Program Manager/Director, Transportation Accounts

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our transportation accounts in the greater Washington, DC area. This leader will have experience in digital transformation, managing and delivering innovative technical solutions in Application/Software Development, Legacy Application Migration, SaaS/PaaS, and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities:

* Develop close relationships with DOT and FAA clients, serving as a subject matter expert.
* Provide consulting services in Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, SaaS/PaaS, Agile Transformation, Digital Modernization, and Cybersecurity.
* Support delivery, customer relationship management, recruiting, lead capture, and sales efforts.
* Develop and execute a growth strategy for DOT/FAA accounts.
* Lead customer delivery, sales pipeline development, capture activities, and technical solution development.
* Communicate effectively with senior managers and stakeholders.
* Utilize knowledge of government IT contracting and federal customer buying behaviors.
* Develop winning proposals and manage multiple capture actions across customers and locations.

Required Qualifications:

* 10+ years' experience in IT services capture, business development, and proposal development within the transportation market.
* Deep relationships within the transportation market, preferably DOT and FAA.
* Proven experience in capture management and winning proposals.
* Experience managing technical and business consultants.
* Expertise in Agile Software Development, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, and Cybersecurity.
* In-depth knowledge of DOT and FAA mission requirements and IT buying habits.
* Strong leadership, ethics, and understanding of industry trends.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Apply
