Senior Technical Program Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton’s B2B Engineering team is looking for a motivated and proactive Technical Program Manager with strong experience in leading complex programs. Peloton is investing in strategic ways to grow its membership and increase accessibility to its products. Our B2B Engineering team is pivotal in driving growth by partnering with employers and brands to offer Peloton to their audience base. We do this via our corporate wellness platform, our strategic partnerships, and our commercial channels. As a senior member of our Technical Program Management team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact, not just at the initiative level, but across our engineering organization as a whole. 

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

Develop and manage end-to-end technical program execution and ensure on-time delivery Regular reporting on program status, identifying dependencies and developing risk mitigation strategies Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather requirements, and work with engineering teams to define, evaluate, and prioritize program dependencies, scope, and implementation plans Represent Peloton Engineering in conversations with external partners  Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define OKRs, portfolios/roadmaps, and long-term strategies for the teams that you are working with Coordinate across team lines to manage, track and deliver outcomes for our teams while evaluating and managing trade-offs Lead process improvements, implement best practices, and define success metrics to track the impact of our work Translate project plans and designs into actionable development tasks and tickets Coordinate the software release process in conjunction with development team, ensuring software quality, change management, and compliance procedures are followed

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

A customer-focused mindset to apply to our member-centric design and development 5 or more years of experience managing multiple software projects from inception through delivery Demonstrated success in driving programs and teams through periods of ambiguity Excellent communication skills, with ability to make technical concepts accessible to non-technical partners Experience representing your team in conversations with external partner’s technical resources Agile practices are second nature and you run productive standups, planning sessions and retros Have achieved a deep understanding of your organization’s tech stack, which you have used to proactively identify dependencies and risks as well as mitigation strategies Experience designing and implementing cross-functional process changes that impact the wider organization

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of Peloton’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.
