Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Platform Services and Emerging Technologies division in Singapore. This role involves close collaboration with the capability team's leadership to drive strategic programs that facilitate access to our Products and Product data. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead and manage complex programs independently, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals. This position requires a proactive approach, independent decision-making, and strong problem-solving skills to efficiently navigate and resolve challenges. The role is based in Singapore and follows a hybrid working model with occasional onsite presence required

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple technical programs from inception through completionDevelop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, dependency management, and risk managementCollaborate with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to define program goals and deliverablesMonitor and report on program progress, ensuring alignment with organizational objectivesIdentify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project teamFacilitate communication and coordination among stakeholdersEnsure compliance with company standards, policies, and proceduresFoster a culture of continuous improvement within the team

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams on complex initiatives involving multiple teams using Agile methodologies5+ years of experience in technical program management or a related roleProven track record of successfully managing complex technical projectsDemonstrable knowledge of systems/cloud services and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to drive alignment and execution across multiple teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levelsDeep understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practicesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyPMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
