Key Responsibilities:

Translating Mission Needs into Systems: Translate mission needs and business requirements into system, application, or process designsInterfacing with External Development: Serve as an interface to external development teams to communicate requirements, and review schedules and deliverablesProject Management: Monitor projects to ensure work scope and schedule are met and also communicated with stakeholders; track actions from meetings, develop process flows, roadmaps, and facilitate internal and external communication with stakeholdersDesign Reviews: Participate in design reviews (hardware and software) to ensure solution will satisfy business and technical requirements.Programmatic Control Gate Documentation: Develop programmatic control gate documentation and present it at management and technical review boardsBriefing Stakeholders: Prepare briefings for Sponsor and stakeholders

Qualifications:

Required:

Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with a PolygraphEducation: Bachelor’s DegreeExperience: Minimum 12 yearsOrganization: Strong organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize workloadAdaptable: Ability to work in a dynamic team environmentAction Items: Demonstrated experience coordinating and working action items to completionCommunication Skills: Demonstrated experience exhibiting strong oral and written communication skills to include giving briefings/presentations, planning and facilitating meetings and providing support for technical documentation.Information Distillation: Demonstrated ability to convey complex issues clearly and concisely to senior leadershipIndependent Worker: Self-starter and ability to manage multiple projects and/or activitiesProject Control Gate Processes: Understanding of project control gate processesAgile Development: Experience with agile development models/processes
