In this role, you will not only lead critical projects but also contribute to process improvement initiatives that aim to elevate the way we deliver and manage projects within the NetSuite Project Office (NPO).

What You’ll Do:

Lead high-visibility infrastructure projects like Cloud data center build-outs, service migrations, deployments, and technology upgrades.Manage projects across multiple teams and organizational units using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.Oversee project scope, risks, issues, and change requests to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.Influence and collaborate with executive sponsors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to keep everyone aligned and moving forward.

Key Competencies:

Proven experience with Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall project management methodologies.Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, including systems engineering, network infrastructure, disaster recovery, security, server deployment, and much more.Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams, drive accountability, and ensure top-tier performance.Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and effectively manage competing demands.Experience applying best practices to deliver results and drive continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.8+ years of experience in IT project management and working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional, matrix environment.Proven ability to present and communicate with all levels of the organization.Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Confluence, and Jira.PMP and/or CSM certification (or equivalent) is a plus!
