About the Role: As a Senior Technical Recruiter at ISPA Technology, you will play a crucial role in driving our continued growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier professionals. You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. This is a high-impact role in which your contributions will directly influence the success of our projects and the growth of our team. You will also be expected to mentor and guide junior recruiters, contributing to the overall development of the recruiting team. What You'll Do: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies utilizing various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and community outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and provide consultative guidance. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in IT recruitment. Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and track key recruiting metrics. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to ISPA Technology. Mentor and guide junior recruiters, providing support and development opportunities. Proactively identify and address potential talent gaps within the organization. What You'll Bring: 5+ years of experience in IT and/or Government recruiting, with a focus on technical roles. Proven ability to source, screen, and place qualified candidates in a variety of technical disciplines. Strong understanding of IT concepts and technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills. Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements. Results-oriented and highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Experience mentoring or leading junior recruiters is a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred. Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain Secret Clearance. What We Offer: Competitive salary and bonus potential.
