Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter (Hybrid in Purchase, NY or Boston, MA)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist with a track record of success to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Tech Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our Services and Commercial & New Payment Flows businesses. In this role, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring teams and recruit for experienced-level positions across North America.

ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver a seamless search process that effectively attracts, assesses, and closes the best technical talent possible.Develop tailored recruiting strategies for each client group and execute them by utilizing knowledge of internal and external talent pools to generate a robust and diverse pipeline of qualified candidates.Build a trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the People & Capability organization.When necessary, partner with Total Rewards to develop and communicate compensation packages to final candidates, considering pertinent external market data, internal equity, and skills and experiences brought to the role by the selected candidate.Drive inclusive hiring practices across the talent acquisition lifecycle.Stay informed of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market conditions to effectively target top talent.Essential SkillsFull cycle recruiting experience, particularly in tech recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Reliability Engineers, Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Technical Program Managers, and Technical Product Managers.Proficiency with Workday ATS.Strong communication skills.Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and operations management.Deep understanding of modern technical stacks including frameworks, languages, and tools used in software development, cloud infrastructure, data engineering, and product management.High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of employment laws and associated human resources and hiring practices.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience fostering collaborative working relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency.Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.High degree of business acumen and comfortability in dealing with ambiguity.Work Environment

Corporate office located in Purchase, NY. This role may also sit out of Boston, MA. The work schedule includes 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
