Description of Duties\:
The Senior Technical Recruiter will support the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) on the Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract II (NISSC II) as well as supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will\:
Be responsible for full life cycle recruiting in direct support of the NISSC II contract Support Staffing, and Human Resource, functions for the IRES contract that consists of 1,200 personnel Source for the best, most qualified, candidates and make contact using various forms of communication Establish partnerships to build talent pipelines and find recruiting events Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screening of candidates (by phone or in person), and submit qualified candidates to the Hiring Managers for consideration along with appropriate documents Assist hiring managers with creating, and posting, job requisitions Assist hiring managers in determining candidate qualifications, coordinate interviews, maintain all recruiting data and most importantly, educate stakeholders on processes and procedures Help facilitate conflict resolution between all stakeholders to include Staffing/HR, teammates/sub-contractors, hiring managers and candidates Attend recruiting events as well as community outreach events
The successful candidate will\:
Be able to successfully initiate communication with local universities, colleges, academies, entities, etc. Serve as consultant to hiring managers Be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, with a diverse group of associates inside, and outside, of the organization Make independent judgments required for the planning, prioritizing and organizing a diversified workload
This position will be in Colorado Springs, CO
This position is expected to pay $95,000 - $115,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days. If a candidate has not been selected at that time, it will continue to be posted until a suitable candidate is selected or the position is closed.
