The Senior Technical Support Staff Manager will be responsible for Post Sales support of customer issue. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request. Focusing on our downstream products as a subject matter expert, you will visit a variety customers across our ENSC region.
As a Senior Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for:
Providing technical supports to Key customer accounts as well as supporting business development team in qualifying and developing new bids.
Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support – Resolving post sales Technical Issues.
Working with diverse clients across the ENSC Region, following frameworks to get through the processes.
Acting as Technical Authority for Downstream Chemicals in the ENSC region, reporting directly to Service Delivery Technical Manager
Mentoring and developing junior team members, whilst training and developing the sales teams technical understanding.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant technical field
Have a well developed understanding of Downstream Chemicals and Downstream Oil and Gas products.
Possess considerable experience working within technical support, ideally with leadership experience
Be able to travel frequently to, and having experience with, customers based in Europe, the North Sea and Caspian regions.
