Principal Duties\:

·          Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various departments to understand Worley and its Clients (e.g. Saudi Aramco) capital projects requirements, status, initiatives, impact to Kingdom and global outlook.

·          Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation pertaining to Project Management Oil, Gas, Infrastructure & Chemical Projects.

·          Writes articles on major company operations and projects for internal and external stakeholders.

·          Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with consistent voice across all documentation.

·          Perform final review/edit/proof reading prior to being published, and ensure establishment of style guides (definitions, metadata, processes, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency.

·          Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards

·          Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content

·          Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience, turning insights into language for user success.

·          Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement.

Job requirements\:

-          Bachelor or Advanced degree in Technical Communication

-          Advanced Computer Skills in Microsoft Office tools and proficient social media communication

-          Native English with advanced writing & speaking skills

-          Arabic writing & speaking proficiency preferred

-          Knowledge of Project Management and Organizational culture understanding is a plus
