**What's The Role** Installs, tests, disconnects, programs, repairs, monitors, and maintains Fibre, Copper & Coaxial, telecommunication lines and cables, Video and data equipment to include Nodes, Amplifiers, Splitters, Metro Ethernet, Direct Internet Access, Direct Fibre. Installs, programs, and disconnects special services equipment, lines and terminals, customer-related equipment and the Company’s security system. Installs and maintains all Distribution and Exchange (D & E) side copper cables, all distribution coaxial cables, inspects/investigates new installations and maintenance jobs, rehabilitating building terminals, MDU/MCU, drop and station wires. GPON Plant build for F1 and F2 inclusive of mechanical and fusion fibre splicing, FDP installation. Conducts on-the-job training of Trainee and Junior Technicians.
