Senior Technology Analyst

**Job Description**
**_This position will follow our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in office 2-3 days a week(10-12 days a month ) at the following office location: St. Petersburg, FL._**
**Summary:**
As part of our Wealth Management Technology Team, the Senior Analyst will act as a partner with the business group and IT Partners to facilitate and implement technology solutions. Responsibilities include leading requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, user testing facilitation, and contributing to the development and maintenance of processes and procedures. Applies business knowledge and technical skills to deliverables and projects that involve multiple IT departments. Can make judgements and recommendations based on the analysis and interpretation of data. This position will require in depth knowledge of data analysis along with the ability to gather business and functional requirements, documentation of new and existing systems, including workflows, wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria refinement with user testing and where applicable, processes and procedures documentation.
**This hybrid position will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Saint Petersburg, FL.**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Creates detailed business requirements for functional (e.g., business processes, rules) and non-functional (e.g., data, security) capabilities.
+ Assisting in the development of test plans, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and validating that the solutions meet the business requirements.
+ Acting as a liaison between stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and management, to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements and solutions.
+ Gathers and interprets information from multiple sources (including databases, external APIs, Data, etc.) and makes recommendations.
+ Validates test cases to ensure that scripts will evaluate the business function being performed.
+ Supports the business by handling configuration and workflow management for financial and document management systems.
+ Provides support for application development teams including documenting business processes.
+ Troubleshoot production issues and perform first round of analysis and hand over to DEV/Business team for further process.
+ Translates technical concepts to business audience and business information to a technical audience.
+ Test case validation to ensure that scripts will evaluate the business function being performed.
+ Partners with team members to develop project schedules, reports, and documentation.
+ Understands and applies principles in risk management, issue tracking and change management.
+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Skill:**
+ Financial Services and/or enterprise level experience is required.
+ Experience on handling PROD incidents, able to perform the first round of analysis using tools like Splunk, Postman and hand over to DEV/Business team for further process.
+ Experience with tools like TFS and/or Azure DevOps, ServiceNow is required.
+ Experience with basic to intermediate SQL scripting, RDBMS queries, pulling data out of various systems, writing BRD's, etc... is required.
+ Experience in other tools will be preferred like Dynatrace, SOAP UI.
+ Flexible enough to switch between projects as needed and proactively work with service, data, business, SQM and DEV Team for any requirement and PROD incidents.
+ Advanced knowledge issue tracking, change management and requirements gathering.
+ Solid understanding of SDLC and work through various phases of it with Peers and IT Partners.
+ Knowledge in Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid software development methodologies.
+ Experience with gathering business requirements from ground up is required.
+ Experience in working with various stake holders of IT and Business Operations at senior level is required.
+ Deep impact analysis skills to ensure all potential and future consumers requirements are accounted for.
+ Experience with supporting enterprise level, complex applications is preferred.
+ Experience in working with vendor-based application software implementation and support is a plus.
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools to include but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Visio.
+ Experience in leveraging AI tools like Copilot/Chat GPT on day-to-day basis as needed for example to Document PBIs.
+ Clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
+ Use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; recommend or take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences.
+ Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
+ Make internal and external clients and their needs a primary focus of actions; develop and sustain productive client relationships.
+ Ability to provide system support including after hour incident handling when necessary (rotation within the support team).

Bachelor’s: Computer and Information Science, Bachelor’s (Required)
