IAG is a worldwide function with 300+ team members and offices across nine countries. Our assurance and risk professionals have diverse backgrounds including internal controls, consumer compliance, privacy, financial crimes compliance, technology, operational risk, financial accounting, data analytics, banking operations, fraud and investigations, among others. Most IAG team members hold at least one professional certification. Our audit teams align to key risk areas and business units to ensure IAG can provide comprehensive and risk-based audit coverage. In addition, IAG has a Professional Practices group responsible for managing audit operations, quality, and standards; regulatory relations; reporting; training and professional development; and key internal capabilities and technologies.

This role of Sr Technology Auditor within the Internal Audit Group (IAG) will be an integral part of a focused team of experienced audit professionals that audit enterprise technology platforms and processes.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Participate as an essential team member on the integrated audits of IT application controls Ensure effective and efficient execution of audits by evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of technology controls, including testing control effectiveness with analytics-based testing, in conformance with professional and department standards, budgets and timelines Collaborate with audit teams to understand the data behind key processes, risk and controls to develop analytic control tests and analyze and interpret their results Validate that actions taken by management to address findings are appropriate and document the results Maintain audit proficiency through ongoing professional development including data literacy skills. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience Experience testing application control domains (input, process, output, change management, application security, data protection, operational resilience) BA, BS, or equivalent degree in accounting or technology related field; background in information systems, data analytics Ability to break-down a complex problem into components, solve them using data analysis, process knowledge and risk/control knowledge, and communicate data analysis, issues and control recommendations with clarity and integrity Strong written and verbal communication skills that deliver quality, concrete and practical feedback to management on potential control issues and solutions to close gaps Knowledge and experience in the application of control theory and professional auditing practices including the audit cycle Effectively works independently, within a team and across teams in a fast-paced environment to drive business results, applying related project management skills, employing creative thinking, and the ability to work on competing priorities Demonstrable ability to balance multiple projects and provide developmental feedback across the work you're doing Preferred Qualifications Financial services industry experience and an understanding of related products, services, features, economics and key regulations Experience with data analytic tools, data visualization, key risk indicators (KRIs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and scorecards / dashboards Skills for working with data, interpreting results, business intelligence and analytic standard processes Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
