Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant.

Skills:
1) Strong experience and Knowledge in Enterprise Learning applications, Talent Suite of applications.
2) Experience in Learning Experience Platform (LXP) application like Degreed is desirable.
3) Identify and analyze business needs, conduct Non-functional requirements gathering, Third Party Governance Activities, Exception management, Security Plan Reviews, Application Sunrise/Sunset, TCI activities, Records management, TSC Product Management and Tech remediation
4) Experience in Application management and 3rd party Third Party Governance Activities.
5) Experience working in Agile teams, knowledge of Scrum construct and be part of all agile/scrum ceremonies
6) Knowledge on Workday Talent & Performance and other HCM modules desirable
7) Working with upstream and down-stream business systems
8) Work independently with the business to complete the user stories
9) Work with the technical team for clarifications on the requirements
10) Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must
11) Self-directed and goal-oriented work style
