Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant for the DIR-TEAM. The team uses SRE methodology to handle interrupts and have the posture to detect and react to observations that are a threat to the SLOs. The TEAM facilitates and owns P4 and P5 activity on the DIR-TEAM Channel to prevent a major incident.

In this role, you will:

Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems

Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements

Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems

Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions

Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes

Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables

Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Be prepared with fingers on keyboards to post and remove banners when triggers are met, and approvals done.

TMIM will bring support, app owners, vendors, and stakeholders together to restore service and once that is done the TEAM will remove banners.

Practice certification of all capabilities to post a banner and attend weekly SDI business meetings to work the backlog and prepare for future go-live capabilities.

Works closely with the PSM NFRs to give feedback on incoming procedures and templates so that right solutions are in place. 


Required Qualifications, US:

4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

2+ years of collaborating and consulting with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables.

2+ years of coordinating communications and information flow between business and technology teams.

2+ years of experience with troubleshooting and technical support of various applications.

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritizing skills who can work unsupervised in a fast-paced Platform environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills – able to present status, facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise, and organized manner

Personal dedication and strong work ethic

Strong time management skills, with an ability to multi- task, handle multiple test assignments, and prioritize one's own work

Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze business requirements

Working Experience with Glassbox

Working Experience with ServiceNow


 

Pay Range:

For CA L87,700.00 - 155,900.00 USD Annual
